A Texas Tradition

Today we headed out to Brenham, Texas and took pictures of our kids in the Texas bluebonnets. Our friends, The Holleman's, started this nice family tradition for us and have kindly asked us for the past two years to go with them. It has been nice to let our kids run wild in the blue bonnets and then grab some food afterward. However, each time we go we have to remind Cameron not to pick the blue bonnets. Then there was Caroline who tried eating the blue bonnets. She actually did swallow a piece of the blue bonnet and then later spit up some of her formula and a piece of the blue bonnet appeared. So, here is a toast to the Texas blue bonnets...

What do you mean I can't eat these?

The Youngblood Gang + The Holleman Gang = Tons of Fun

Caroline and Her Daddy

Caroline and Her Mommy

All these flowers and I can't even eat one???

It's nice to "meet" you! Thanks for visiting my blog. Come back any time :)

These pictures are amazing! Kinda funny your baby kept trying to eat the flowers. I bet they smelled good, so she probably thought they'd taste good, too!

Ok, so what is your baby making formula? It's not fair to have 3 adorable looking kids and not a ugly one in the bunch! Keep up the family traditions! They make great memories!!!!!

Beautiful. I can't wait to take Carter. You're kids are adorable and I can't get enough of Caroline and her pig tails and all that hair.

You guys are so cute! I do remember you and we miss your boys in primary. Hopefully the work schedule will let up a bit; in the mean time I'll keep up with you on your blog!
