A Texas Tradition

Today we headed out to Brenham, Texas and took pictures of our kids in the Texas bluebonnets. Our friends, The Holleman's, started this nice family tradition for us and have kindly asked us for the past two years to go with them. It has been nice to let our kids run wild in the blue bonnets and then grab some food afterward. However, each time we go we have to remind Cameron not to pick the blue bonnets. Then there was Caroline who tried eating the blue bonnets. She actually did swallow a piece of the blue bonnet and then later spit up some of her formula and a piece of the blue bonnet appeared. So, here is a toast to the Texas blue bonnets...

What do you mean I can't eat these?

Alvin and the Chipmunks

Have you seen this movie? I have and so have the boys and we thought it was super cute! It comes out on DVD April 1st. My boys can't wait. Did I mention that they want to be the Chipmunks for Halloween? The only problem is we are missing one more boy to be the third chipmunk?!?!?

Caroline and her Eggs

Here are a couple pre-Easter day pictures of Caroline. Since we were at the bay house for Easter, I took these a couple of days before the trip. However, I am still needing pictures of the boys.

Who knew eggs were so funny?

Since we were up at the bay house, we celebrated Easter there. The boys could not believe that the Easter bunny left their eggs on the beach. Easter morning was cold and windy on the beach, but the boys had a blast. Thanks to the Romanowski Family for joining us.
I got sand in my camera, so there is only a few pictures that actually came out and what did the image is really light.

How can you not look at these pictures and not laugh? At the bay house, CC bathed for the first time in a sink. And well, she loved it. That hair is really out of control! Enjoy...

Spring Break

For Cameron's First Spring Break we spent 5 days/4nights in Sargent at the family bay house. We had a great time relaxing at the beach, fishing off the dock, and eating fresh coconut.

Caroline is officially the Newest Beach Bum of our Family.

Here's to the Coconut!

Who buried Cameron and Jake?

book tag

I have been tagged for the FIRST TIME by Lynette... and I am thrilled, even if it is a book tag! I don't mind book tags, because I love to read. So, here it goes...

Grab the book nearest to you
Go to page 123
Go to the 5th sentence on the page
Type the following 3 sentences

"No. I don't even remember getting up and going to school in the first place. It's like a blank spot in my head that I just skip over."

Pretty exciting, huh? Just joking. :) Those three sentences are from the current book I am reading, Nineteen Minutes, by Jodi Picoult.

I now tag Angie D., Liz Paskett, and Lindsay R. (sorry guys I don't know many bloggers out there)
I also tag TAKO -this could give you a new post.. if you are not to busy :)

I saw this on Lynette's blog and thought I would take a whack at it. You're supposed to answer the following questions by using Google Image Search. So here is a little information about pictures.
