happiness in a candy bar

I have 4 hours of work left. 4 long hours and all I can think about is CANDY (and hurrying home to my hubby & wild kids). My sweet tooth is begging for CANDY. I think I am going to give in and eat this bad boy...

I know I am going to regret this later!

So, what kind of CANDY are you craving?

Dad

Thanks for being the BEST dad in the entire universe. You are our SUPER HERO!!!

The Party

Cameron celebrated his 7th birthday last Friday. He had a Duke Basketball Party. The invitations came out super cute and I did them at Walmart.com!!! It was a 5 x 7 invite and was double sided. Just had to post, because I plan on making this super great blog into a book. At least that is on my summer to-do list! Happy Birthday Cameron!!!

**Can anyone guess how Cameron got his name?**

Answer: The Duke basketball team plays in Cameron Indoor Stadium. Guess you can tell WE are big FANS!

Jake

While Cameron was at basketball camp for the week Jake did a preschool swim class. It was such a joke, because he already knows how to swim. Since he was too young for basketball camp I had to find an alternative (a cheap alternative.) This was it. A preschool swim class that was for one week and cost $26 bucks! Jake was such a sweetie that he even let the swim teacher put the floaty device on him. He used the floaty the entire class and was such a great example to all of the other kiddos in the class.

7

Cameron turned 7 on Monday and according to him his muscles have gotten bigger and he has grown a couple of inches. We gave Cameron an early birthday gift, which was basketball camp at the YMCA. He did really good at basketball camp and was considered to be the most athletic in his group!! At the end of the week we had a surprise party for him. Here are some pictures from the week. He had a blast!

The End to 1st grade

Today was Cameron's last day of school. I can't believe he will be in 2nd grade next year. It seems like yesterday I was dropping him off for his first day of kindergarten and I was crying like a baby.

This morning on our way to school he informed me that when he grows up he wants to be on the TV show Wipe Out.

He is such a funny kid with a heart of gold.
