random football pictures

Just a few random football pictures taken from my phone that I just couldn't delete.....well, not until I had them saved on our blog.  I know one day I will look back at these pictures and laugh. I think I will always remember going with the boys to our local sports too, Brammer's, and getting the boys fitted for their very first football helmet.  They look so small...like bobble heads.  I wish I could just bottle them up and keep them this age forever!!!
 

Cinco

Last month (playing catch up over here), Caroline turned 5!!! This year we kept her birthday low key and celebrated with just us. We had one of her favorite breakfast meals. Pancakes with strawberries and whip cream, bacon, and eggs.  After stuffing ourselves crazy and opening gifts, we all took a little snooze.  After our long nap, we sang Happy Birthday to the sweetest little girl and ate some cake. We had 2 different cakes...a homemade cake and a store bought flower cake that Caroline has been eyeing for awhile now.  She loved both of them because that meant we got to sing Happy Birthday two times in a row and she got to blow out 2 sets of candles.

Back to School

It's back to school time again for the boys. Cameron started the 5th grade and Jake is in 3rd. Caroline will be staying home another year with us and will start next year. We are so glad we get to spoil her another year before she starts school. 

Busy, Busy, Busy!

A preview of what our evenings consist of now! We have football practice and then we have football practice. We have 2 nights free a week...Thursday and Sunday. And since I work weekends, we treasure our Thursday evenings!

The boys will have their first game on the 8th of September.  For right now, they are working their butts off at practice and at scrimmages.
