Today

Today it SNOWED in Houston!!!! Life couldn't get any better! We let the boys skip school today and we went bowling and then decorated our Christmas tree. I will post pictures soon of our day.

Halloween

This Halloween we went Trick or Treating with the York Family and our newest friends, the Beene Family. This was the BEST HALLOWEEN ever! We had a blast hanging out with the adults while our kids played. It was a great evening.

The Swing

Yesterday we spent the day hanging out with Papa EJ at Grandpa Dusek's house. My grandpa passed away recently and visiting his house brought back a lot of memories from when I was a little girl. Caroline has never been to my grandpa's house, so it was nice to capture some pictures of her running around in his yard and sitting in the swing that I used to enjoy as a kid.

A Good Day

Today is going 2 be a Good Day! Nie Nie is going to be on Oprah today, I'm catching up on my school work, and I even got my workout in this morning. Not to mention, I'm so blessed that these little kiddos are in my life!!!

Random Thoughts for a Monday

I'm having a case of the Mondays. I have so much homework (19 hours of college course work is a doozy!) and a super messy house to clean up. Plus, our dishwasher is broken, our sink broke last week and we had to fork out $300 for a new one, the brakes on Dusty's car are going out, I dropped my Blackberry in the toilet (my toilet) and today when I was cleaning up the boys room I noticed a crack on the ceiling. Feels a little wet, but no water signs. I told Dusty about it, but his response was "We will just wait until the ceiling falls through!"
I hope Tuesday is a better one!
And since every post needs a picture..... taken last Halloween, but still a favorite.
