Jake's 7th Birthday

Jake's only birthday request was to get out of school early and have FUN! His wish was granted and we spent the day at Itz pizza.

The sweetest boy in the world turned 7 yesterday.

Swim

Caroline started swim classes at the YMCA and the boys are in Advanced Swim perfecting their freestyle and back stroke.

1st & 3rd

First day of school for these 2 boys! We hope this year is a good one.

We were lucky enough to have MiMi here to see the boys go to school on their first day.

Skirt

Thanks MiMi for the super cute card and birthday skirt! Caroline loves it and has received so many compliments on it.

twinkle toes

Caroline carried around a Sketchers Ad for 2 weeks and requested a pair of Twinkle Toes. Thanks to Tako & Phyl her wish was granted. She loves these wild shoes!

3 & Red Robin

Caroline turned 3 last Friday! We decided to keep her birthday small and sweet (just like her, despite her sour moments) and go to her favorite restaurant, Red Robin (or as she calls it "Red Restroom"). Here are a few pics from her fabulous night out dressed up like Dorothy:







After Red Restroom, we headed home to have cake and open gifts.

Before going inside the house, Jake & Caroline had a discussion about Caroline's wish list. I just love this picture. I think she is telling him she really wanted a barbie cake.

Speaking of barbie cake, don't laugh at this picture. Yep, that's Barbie wrapped in plastic wrap and stuffed in a store bought cake. I just couldn't spend $40 bucks on one of those barbie cakes from Kroger's. Yes, I could of made a cake but there was never any time. Caroline is always awake and always tied to my leg. No sneaky moves past this 3 year old!!
