Cake Boss

Cameron loves watching the TV show Cake Boss on TLC. He is always drawing in his sketch book different kinds of cakes that he can create. The other night, while Dusty was at work, Cameron presented this HFD fire cake to me and begged me to let him make it. I finally gave in and I am so glad I did. I think he did an awesome job. However, now Cameron has realized that he needs bigger and better products than Krogers can offer. He has now requested fondant icing, a fondant rolling machine, a turntable, and special spatulas for icing.

Hitting the Ice

Here is a clip of Cee Cee on the little kid ice rink at Discovery Green. This was her first experience on the ice and I think she did a fantastic job! I know from teaching "tot" ice skating lessons that she has some talent. Most tots/kids can't even stand much less walk in ice skates.
Looks like we will be hitting the ice sometime soon together for lessons. Good thing she has me for a teacher/coach.

Stockings

The Youngblood Family tradition is to make stockings every year as a family. Dusty and I started this tradition the first year we were married and now our kids look forward to creating their own personal stocking every year. (I wish I had snapped a final picture of the stockings hanging up...maybe next year.)
