Hungry

I am so hungry! Why am I so hungry you might ask? Well, because my wonderful husband, who is my chef, is at work tonight. Whenever Dusty works, the kids and I live off of PB & J sandwiches, english muffins and cereal. I just can't cook when he is away. I have always had this issue with cooking. I can cook a great meal, but then when it comes time to eat it.... I CAN'T. I have no clue why and it bugs me? So, for now I am just a helper in the kitchen at dinner time. But tonight as I sit here alone blogging the net, I come across this amazing picture of a pasta bowl by The Pioneer Woman Cooks and realize how badly I need to get over this issue and learn how to EAT what I COOK so I won't be so HUNGRY. Grrrr!

THIS IS WHAT I WANT RIGHT NOW:

This would make me sooooooo happy. Oh, and
some bread too.
I hope everyone had a delicious dinner tonight.

Goals for Today

My goals for today are the following:

1. Wash ALL of the laundry
2. Fold ALL of the laundry
3. Put away ALL of the laundry
4. Clean every bedroom in the house
5. Scrub the bathrooms
6. Mop the living room and kitchen floors
7. Pay bills
8. Shred misc. mail
9. Go through the kids stuff and get rid of clothing that is too small

And if time, mow the grass.

I figure if I write out 'MY TO DO LIST', I might just get it done.
Here's to cleaning ladies! Have a great day.

Caroline at 10 months

Caroline went for her long over due 9 month check up today, so I guess I should call it her 10 month check up. She did not need any shots, so it was just a check up to make sure she was growing okay and that she was healthy. She did have to have blood drawn though, which she was really upset about. She is still pretty low on the charts with her weight, but the doctor said she will see what her weight is at 12 months. Given that she is a girl and she is very active, her weight might just be okay. I am just happy she is still on the charts!

A look at Caroline at 10 months:

Weight: 16 lb 2.4 oz (2 %)
Length: 2 ft. 3.5 in (22 %)
Head Size: 43.5 cm (19 %)
